In 2005, Henri Scars Struck founded creative agency The Other Side Of The Brain (OSB), to serve the needs of corporate clients and the luxury & lifestyle industries.  In response to the noise and constant bombardment of content that many people experience daily,  OSB creates authentic and evocative moments through music, scent, film and award-winning programs of work to reset the minds of people, establishing an emotional memory of a space and engaging audiences.  

To this end, OSB provides original music and distinctive soundscapes through different applications for corporate environments in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, fashion, art & design, airlines, beauty & fragrance, pharmaceuticals, for brands such as Lufthansa, Estée Lauder, Yves Saint Laurent Couture, Hermès, Cartier, Capital One, Invesco, Kering, Unilever Prestige, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Pfizer, Nike, Smythson, Moncler to name a few.

Henri speaks frequently on the subject of the emotional side of brands and the role of music in particular. He is a regular speaker for MBA programs and was also the keynote speaker in the series “A New Perspective”, hosted by Le Méridien Hotels in multiple cities globally. In June 2016, he was a guest panelist at Simon Collins’ inaugural FCD (Fashion Culture Design) conference held at Parsons School of Design.
